TU25 - Tube filling machineThe TU25 is a very easy-to-operate, semi-automatic, mechanically driven tube filling and closing machine with rotary indexing table. As the individual processing stations are arranged radially to the rotary indexing table, the machine has a very compact design. The rotary indexing table contains 9 quickly exchangeable tube holders. A central hollow shaft carries the mold holder plate on which the closing molds are mounted.
Tubes are fed manually by the machine operator. The filling station is mechanically driven. The PE tubes are sealed using hot air technology and ALU tubes are sealed using appropriate folding tools. Various optional features such as a cutting station, coding station, automatic tube alignment or jaw welding can be installed. The machine frame and all parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel. Heavy-duty castors attached to the base frame ensure that the machine can be moved flexibly and easily.
The TU25 is ideally suited for starting the production of new products. This is supported by the following features: simple operation, robustness, low space requirement, very short changeover times and a strong price-performance ratio.

TU91 - Tube filling machineThe waterproof tube filler
The TU91 is a high-quality tube filling machine driven mainly by servomotors. Several variants for the stations around the rotary indexing table can be selected. Format changes can be carried out within a few minutes, in some cases even without tools. The rotary table contains 12 quickly exchangeable tube holders. The individual stations with separate drives are arranged radially around the rotary indexing table. The machine frame and the parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel. Furthermore, the machine is “watertight” and can therefore be easily rinsed with water for cleaning. This aspect is particularly interesting for the food industry. |
TU110 - Tube filling machineThe TU110 is a high-quality oval tube filling and sealing machine that is mainly driven by servo motors. Due to the oval design, it is not necessary to remove or change stations by switching from M-tubes to PE-tubes. There is a variable sequence of the individual processing stations of the machine.
The tube transport system contains 44 interchangeable tube holders. The individual work stations are arranged around the tube conveyor chain. The stations are equipped with separate drives. The machine frame is made of AISI 316L stainless steel. In addition, many options are available.

Filling systems for the cosmetics industryThe TU60/80 is a fully automatic tube filling and closing machine powered by Cam disks and/or servomotors. The machine is equipped with a rotary indexing table and a wide range of options are available. The high-quality electronics ensure a high degree of flexibility with regard to the filling and closing process. Furthermore, up to 99 recipe programs can be created for the products to be processed.

The sequence of the work stations is cam-controlled. Exceptions are the servo drives of the filling station and pneumatically driven auxiliary functions such as the closing valve in the filling nozzle. Sealing foils are provided in a storage chute. However, we also offer the option of punching a sealing film. The AL31Ti single-lane rotary indexer is designed for 40 crucibles per minute.
A modern controller (SIEMENS) and a large display as an HMI with intuitive user guidance complete our system.
